Thank you Zowe! You are a brave woman!

And there are women farmers and ranchers out there… you can do this!

Great interview! Greetings, Zoey. My name is Trevor Smythe. I am a former medical coder from New Zealand. As I am sure you may be aware of, or not, NZ tried to somewhat copy the fallout of the tyrannical response of the Australian Government. Like everywhere else, there were lockdowns, but it wasn't as intense and prohibitive as America and some other major cabal hubs. Your account of experience seems to be very commonly linked to what was observed and documented worldwide in many corners of the world in the hospital communities and various health agencies around the world. I am however curious of your medical coding expose and why you didn't really appear to cover that in depth in the interview. Please kindly elaborate on that expose as I am sure many would like to know including myself.

I didn't realize you worked in a lab at one point, I did too! I used to run Chris Riedel's Hunter Labs billing for 10yrs. He sold to Bio-Reference after his big lawsuit victory, then I worked for Bio-Reference for the last year as they transitioned our 30+ billing staff to New Jersey. With Bio-Reference I was watching ~18K claims/day go out to insurances, plus the ERA's coming back. Lot's of connections to hospital EMR's systems, etc... I found my niche just keeping with CMS NCD's and keeping the billing modules and EMR modules synced. If we were missing a Dx for billing our billing system could ping back the doctor and through their EMR system. Stands to reason keeping the billing rules current at EMR, then encounter data wasn't allowed to pass into the billing department. https://www.vaersaware.com/my-powerpoint

I hated those PQRS ICD-10 codes back in 2018, I knew it was going to be bad like a social credit score type of thing, except a "social credit score" didn't really have a definition yet for us peasants back then, but my bones knew something like that could be coming...

The establishment of EMR systems should have been your first clue.

I did! Great job and very informative! You made me think I should have mentioned my book in my interview, but I didn't want to use it as a publicity opportunity. I was just nervous I wouldn't have enough time to say everything I needed to say. I just scratched the surface.
