At the second hell hole torture, humiliation, social isolation, and neglect crowded place there was a sub rosa comment by a male nurse in the hallway that he had swung a punch at the [female] doctor. I thought: wow - great to not miss an appropriate opportunity. in our 37 years together i never saw him hit or try to hit anyone.
Sounds to me like they were profiling him. Many of the hospital protocol victims were profiled as combative, non-compliant patients. They use it as justification for the physical and verbal abuse that follows
i now think that what this is and was is they were forcing antidepressants on him. hence the violence. he also went violently through my things when i was out of the room one time. this also leads to suicide, understandably.
the mechanic said he will go to the hell hole center one hundred miles south of here and check out how he looks and sounds compared to the last time he saw him.

at the local first hospital they called it mood swings or something like that. i say that is because he is having medication related mood swings. he never agreed to medication. they also said that the hospital lost two pages of our durable power of attorney document to keep me from having a say in that first local hospital. they just said that he cannot communicate for himself (and used this also to get the false aps report). the aps rules say that a judge must also say that he cannot communicate for himself. my guess is that they have an automatic judge signing on that. they told him over and over again that he could choose not to go for a cat scan. i was there.
he said no each time. then two nurses did a dirty sleigh of hand trick and jabbed him in the arm while distracting him to the other arm. they said he would be asleep soon. he was not asleep at all, and they took him forcefully for the damaging cat scan that came up with nothing. your valuable experiences and insight and sharings are so important.
i am realizing that that means that they were already beating him up. when i arrived that day his feet were purple, his bedding was gone, his clothing was gone, and he could not lift his feet on the wheelchair (he always could previously). we had to wait a long time to get foot rests so that he could be pushed in the hallway. that is why he was almost yelling, "let's get out of here."
and that makes me realize that they were using his clothing as a weapon. when i arrived he had somone else's ugly tshirt on, and the first thing he said was, 'they took my clothing". the aide woman there took the ugly shirt off him and got something of his own out of a now locked closet. that was all because i was there, obviously. then that afternoon they violently told me i can never visit him again.
Please keep us updated if you are able to get him out. Its a highly emotional and stressful situation, my heart goes out to you. Stay strong. Hold their feet to the fire, never give up!

Three months of no visits to my 37 year love partner Rudolf due to "you can never visit Rudolf" assault by four women in North Pointe [Care Center] in Sacramento, California May 23, 2025.
Paid for JUSTANSWER advice website. A lawyer recommended filing a complaint with the California Department of Public Health. I did that August 15. September 18 was the "informal conference" for that complaint. They said ask for visitation during the complaint I did that. Judd the Administrator said supervised visits
previously scheduled. I asked is this because of the complaint. He said no those visits have been always available. I was told nothing and given no formal statements of "you can never visit Rudolf again." The audacity of these people is amazing. He says he does not have to listen to me.
Due to advise prompting from a JUSTANSWER doctor, Judd finally emailed that some regulation lets him block me due to an invisible proposed APS report - an unsubstatiated open report! There are unknown regulations that do not let them interfere with visitation like this. and it does not matter. He is allowed to do all his lies and traps constantly.
So we set up Monday, August 21 as the first scheduled supervised visit. Judd emailed on Sunday the day before saying that that visit is canceled because "Rudolf is sick". Summit large hospital in Sacramento called me from the ICU as significant other. I went directly there by Uber when I got that call. I had to wear yellow plastic gown and gloves - which was really disturbing. Of course Rudolf's hair was cut. I expected that as it is a typical personality destruction technique. I stayed with him about 2PM to closing 9PM that day. I found out one cannot get Uber at night or walk the streets at night in Sacramento. A man from Afghanistan came as Uber driver as I called another Uber that was to come in two minutes. He explained that Uber does not pay enough to drive the almost 100 miles to Chico at night. I had to pay large cash payment at arrival in Chico in order to get back that night.
I called the next day to see how Rudolf was. They said "he is out of restraints". Wow. I have never heard anything like that. I went the next day and the two following full visiting days by going to local hotels at night. Sutter hospital was quite impressive with usually respectful and open and clear communication and processes. Everyone impressed on me (I did not ask) that Rudolf was almost dead when he arrived with a dry mouth. It was great to be with Rudolf finally and to be able to help and love him. It was a total shock to me and to him that they discharged him back to North Pointe after 7 days of documenting the abuses of North Pointe (NP).
I went back with the transport. Sutter social services made sure that Judd said I would get supervised visits. The first two hours back there was a young women with us. The whole time Rudolf reached out to me saying, "let's get out of here."
Then an experienced woman took over "supervising". She calmed Rudolf with assuring him that we love him and with talking with me about our life together and his life before he met me. My Uber ride did not show up. I was in the dark on the lawn juggling a borrowed phone and my laptop in the late night. I thought I was going to die, and I think that Judd is trying to kill me. I am not suicidal. I managed to get a Lyft back to Chico.
I set up "supervised" visits the next Tuesday and the next Friday. It was clear that they did not think that Rudolf would come back from Sutter. His bed was taken by someone else. "Supervised" visits are quite disgusting to everyone except to the other inmates who are always amused by the very rare visitor.
Judd is again offering no supervised or other visits. So the horror continues. He is violating all the regulations, and it really does not matter to anyone. I am tired of doing all the useless communicating work!
At Sutter, I thought of you very severely when i came back into his double room from the far distant cafeteria. there was a camera and a large screen at the foot of the bed. Someone was telling him "do not do that" from the computer screen. I thought - oh, no - this is it - and it was. A woman finally said I am a real person talking and I am watching many people. Rudolf puts out his hand to me and I pull him up somewhat. He always needs to be pulled up. The computer voice said - do not do that. Then security came and were going to kick me out (I got a kick out threat in the ICU as well). I said I cannot hold my love's hand when he reaches out? The security people finally saw that it was not appropriate to kick me out and cancelled their threat. I could just see the insect drone killing me outside the hospital.
Well, I am studying the works of Cyrus Parsa. He is really clear about those drones, etc. He was assassinated in February 2025, and that is the severe assassination that everyone should know and care about.
