THE BOTCHED CLINICAL TRIALS
Experts sounded the alarm about the poor quality of science used in the clinical trials.1 They were concerned about almost every aspect of the trial procedure. There were claims that trial researchers were not following their analysis plan. The data was not transparent. Variables were not isolated properly. There was no control group.2 If that were not concerning enough, the trials were using a potentially flawed PCR test to identify patients. Trial participants were not tested for Covid transmission after vaccination. It appeared the trials were designed to evaluate if the vaccine reduced hospitalization, but no participants had Covid severe enough to be hospitalized.
The allegations are valid. If just one of the variables was flawed, the results would be meaningless.3 It is imperative in science to set up an experiment in a way that it can be repeated by other scientists. To successfully accomplish that, one must clearly isolate the variables and have clear steps to follow. Other scientists will only accept a hypothesis if the results can be reproduced consistently. When developing a technology that has never been approved for human use before, that isn’t the time to get sloppy in the lab! That is precisely what they were doing.
NOT ENOUGH COVID-19 CASES FOR TRIALS
Clinical trial researchers complained they couldn’t find enough Covid patients to enroll in the trials!!!4 How could we be in a severe global pandemic but have no sick people?! Personally, I thought that little detail was a giant smoking gun!5 I wasn’t seeing plague-like numbers of flu in the hospitals. That alone seemed to confirm we were not at pandemic levels. People should have been dying in the street if the media’s fear mongering was correct. At each stage of the clinical trials, sample sizes of Covid patients were extraordinarily small. Indicating the findings were very likely to be inaccurate.6 They had no realistic idea what would happen when the vaccine was unleashed on the population.
